PVC transparent products are widely used in medical materials, decorative films, shrink films, crystal cloth and other industries. It is often produced by processes like blow molding, extrusion, and calendering.
The requirements of the PVC transparent product lubricants are more strict than other kinds PVC product. Normally the general lubricant will affect the transparency of the product, but the RL916A not only will not affect the transparency with proper addition, but also help the product to be better demolded. In the PVC film product process, the RL916A is already an essential additive in the formulation.
