Conventional lubrication additives often fail to meet the temperature resistance requirements of engineering plastics processing, and their excessive addition can impair the performance of plastic products.
Rallychem's polyester wax offers inherent temperature resistance, compatibility with various engineering plastic resins, and the ability to maintain transparency. In applications with TPU, PET, PA, PC, and other resins, it can replace natural Montan wax, reducing costs and enhancing security of supply chain.
The ester's inherent thermal resistance, can satisfy processing exceeding 240°C and minimal thermal weight loss.
It can replace naturally occurring Montan wax in esterification, acidification, and saponification processes, offering an obvious cost advantage with a stable supply.
