· Switching to a highly compatible polyester wax inside the melt.

· Tightening the internal/external lube ratio and total dosage.

· Polyester homopolymers form fine dispersions that lift elongation while keeping strength/modulus.

· Replace part of your typical toughener within the recommended window, and don’t over-lubricate.

· Polyester wax = smoother, more uniform melt, less local viscosity spike.

· Low-density oxidized PE wax = better overall flow, less plate-out, higher gloss.

· Add polyester homopolymer to keep strength/dimensions solid at speed.
