Polyester Wax

Compared with polyolefin-based materials, polyesters naturally possess superior thermal resistance.
Through intelligent carbon chain design and esterification of various acids and alcohols, RALLYCHEM synthesizes functional and targeted polyester waxes, including the RL-1116 series, RL-60A, RL-32, RL-70, and RL-691 series, which deliver excellent lubricating performance in polymer processing.

Among them, the RL-691 series serves as a unique high-temperature-resistant plastic lubricant, capable of replacing natural Montan wax, and is particularly suited for PA, PC, PET, PU, epoxy resin, and other engineering plastics.

Polyester Homopolymer

Traditional CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) is an elastomeric toughener that increases toughness but reduces rigidity.
With a glass transition temperature of –25°C, its impact performance declines in low-temperature environments, and its high melt viscosity complicates processing.
ACR offers strong flow modification but is relatively costly, while MBS, containing butadiene, compromises weather resistance.

RALLYCHEM’s Polyester Homopolymer Series fully surpasses conventional impact modifiers, supporting product upgrades and boosting manufacturers’ competitiveness.
