• Why wax fruit at all?

• Can you really extend freshness and stay compliant?

  Use food-grade or compatible materials, keep toxicity low, avoid yellowing or nasty breakdown, and balance breathability with moisture retention. We’ll help you tick the boxes for your target market.

• Will seed coating hurt germination?

  Not if you get the coat right. Waterborne wax helps keep moisture without smothering the seed, adds antimicrobial benefits, and synchronizes germination. Do a small pilot to set formula and thickness.

• How do you get good adhesion and uniform films?

  Choose the right wax type and molecular weight distribution, and get the emulsification right. Control spray/dip parameters and drying. We back it with accelerated aging, rub, and peel tests—and tailor by fruit/seed species.
