02、Wonderful first look

Environmental solid plasticizer.

Environmental solid plasticizer RL-601 is a new generation of environmental friendly plasticizers developed by Rallychem Chemicals. It is free of o- and p-benzene and shows excellent plasticizing effect. It has low volatility, low migration and superior durability. It also has an auxiliary heat stabilizing function and maintains good performance at high temperatures. Compared with the traditional plasticizer DOTP, RL-601 has a better overall cost performance and can completely or partially replace DOTP, bringing convenience to the production process.

In automatic or manual feeding, RL-601 is easy to use and does not affect the production process and mechanical properties of PVC film, board, cloth, leather, cable material and fire hose. Its environmental friendliness has passed REACH and ROHS tests and meets EU export standards.

Environmentally friendly solid plasticizer RL-601 can be used as main plasticizer alone or with other main/auxiliary plasticizers. It is widely used in wire and cable, food packaging, medical products, PVC pipe fittings, fire hose, PVC artificial leather, resilient flooring, toys, calendering film, light box cloth, rain cloth and other fields. In addition, it is also suitable for polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, neoprene rubber and nitrile rubber products.

High performance wax additives

RLWAX® high performance wax additives such as polyethylene waxes (PE waxes) and oxidized polyethylene waxes play a key role in the production of PVC wires and cables, where the direct addition of PE waxes enhances the gloss and processability of the product, increasing surface finish, abrasion and ageing resistance, and resisting adhesive bonds.

Oxidized polyethylene wax improves the melt fluidity through efficient internal and external lubrication synergistic effect, improves the extrusion rate, reduces the adhesion of the melt to the mold, ensures the smooth surface of the product and easy to release the mold, and at the same time, reduces the energy consumption and the wear and tear of the equipments, and vigorously promotes the double enhancement of the efficiency of the production line and the quality of the products.
