Conventional formulations of plastic production need various conventional lubricants to maintain the lubrication balance during processing. However, these lubricants typically contain a multitude of small molecules, which can lead to side effects such as precipitation, reduced lubrication efficiency, and diminished product performance in plastic processing.

 

By introducing functional groups with distinct roles onto the main carbon chain, Rallychem Chemical has achieved precise lubrication. The more neutral, targeted polyester wax offeres higher efficiency, significantly lowering the likelihood of segregation and improvement on melt fluidity, which can increased throughput and superior surface finish.

 

Currently, the targeted polyester wax has used by more than 200 PVC/CPVC manufacturing enterprises and is well recognized as the most suitable lubricant for PVC/CPVC production.
